When the shooter is male, they almost always refer to the shooter with masculine pronouns. Yes, I agree. Usually it's once the shooter has been identified. International relations are different to having wars. Most countries are actively avoiding America or boycotting American goods where possible. There's a small minority of people that like Trump and they're mostly just anti immigrant folks/conspiracy theorists based on my experience.
