Read her body language, make physical contact when you can. And if it feels right grab her hand and stop her and tell her you've been waiting to kiss her for x amount of time. Last time I did it, it was a first date we walked along the river and I sat on a wall "for a break" she stood next to me and I grabbed her hands and pulled her between my legs and just told her the whole walk I'd been imagining kissing her and could I, she giggled so I did...
