Women who de-prioritize menI do believe that having compatible living styles is important too, though - meshing together well as a household is critical if you're doing any future family planning. Even small things like sleep schedules, who showers when, preferred noise levels, cleanliness habits, etc can build small resentments. I think you could definitely substitute living together with long vacations/staycations (2 weeks+) to find out compatibility, though I've never heard of it being done. | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/07/26 09:36 PM
at times it doesn’t feel worth it to partner with men because of their natureParticularly the last bit - they say those things to keep low-value men low value, so they can continue to profit off them. Commitment and character are key ingredients to a good husband. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/06/26 11:27 PM
| -2 | When he doesn't pay for the first (coffee) date?Meh, you can think that if you want, though I am a woman. Frankly, I'm just sick of the transactional nature of modern dating and see questions like this to be part of the issue. I'm glad I'm out of the dating scene. Also, there's quite a few women in here posing these types of questions truly looking for a sugar daddy instead of a husband. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/06/26 11:22 PM |
| -3 | When he doesn't pay for the first (coffee) date? It's not about courting, it's about putting equal effort into the relationship and giving each other grace. If you want to be treated like a pretty little princess for no effort, go find the sugar baby forums. | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/06/26 08:28 PM |
He’s on the path to be a multi millionaire but I found him boringEven if it did work out, it's going to take years of being a black hole for his money and time. He's likely going to work evenings and weekends, it's going to be unfeasible with children (unless you want them to have an absentee father), and it's going to be an incredibly unstable source of income. Ultimately, it's your choice. But I would urge you to find out more about his situation and consider your options carefully. | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/06/26 01:16 AM
He’s on the path to be a multi millionaire but I found him boringOkay, but... does he have connections? Prestige? Potential investors in family or venture capital? Many resourceful and educated people have tried entrepreneurship and utterly failed, it's not for the faint of heart. And without any backing, it's very unlikely he will make millions in a few years. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/06/26 11:10 PM
Feminism and Independence but only if you are smart and able bodiedYes, disability does not discriminate between sexes (I know genetically it does, but you know what I mean). All disabled people are given an awful hand because much of your value in this modern capitalist system is designated by how much you can work. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/06/26 10:53 PM
Modest feminine clothingBecause the business models of SHEIN, Temu, and other fast fashion brands focus on pumping out trends fast, they're often made with poor-quality material. They also have histories of third-world worker exploitation for the same reason. | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/06/26 06:13 PM
Modest feminine clothingFast fashion clothes are awful on the environment and fall apart so quickly, though. | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/06/26 06:05 PM
Tactfully declining someone while still staying friends?I guess not, but I want to have as little tension at work as possible. I know situations like these are inherently tense, but I'd like to smooth them over so I can just focus on the technical stressors, haha. | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/05/26 12:39 AM
Tactfully declining someone while still staying friends?Thank you for the response! How would you advise I handle giving someone that grace when I have to interact with them in small, regular group meeting-type scenarios that I can't avoid? This is the case for one of my research group members, and the frequency of the group meetings has been worsening the tension between us. | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/05/26 12:31 AM
Torn between following a trend/tradition versus following my own idea. Need a girlfriend’s advice! You could swing for a white dress with pink accessories? How does that sound to you? | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/05/26 11:17 PM
Wait for a better environment to date, or try it out here?I think this is the thing I struggle with - if I'm dating, I want to be in it for the long run, so it feels strange starting a relationship knowing it will end soon. But both of you make a very good point. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/26 06:41 PM
Wait for a better environment to date, or try it out here?Don't worry about it, I appreciated you taking the time to write out your thoughts! And I'll keep them in mind - I know he works in the IT department, so I might pop down to visit. Reading through the comments, I think going with the flow is the approach I'll take: just continuing to meet and make connections, but also being a little more intentional about setting free time aside for people and inviting them. I could always use more time away from homework, anyways, haha. For my male friendships… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/26 06:39 PM
Wait for a better environment to date, or try it out here?Hey, it's nice to meet someone who also started out in college at 17! I have a fall birthday, so it was like that for a few months. I'm flattered you think I'm anywhere near the top of SMV/IQ. Maybe in the spring when I can wear my nice clothes out, haha. I suppose to give numbers of my own, I have been pursued by three guys in total: one in first year who made his interest clear but was too shy to properly ask me out and two others recently. One where I either felt we were at very different lif… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/26 06:14 AM
Wait for a better environment to date, or try it out here?Haha, definitely not at that stage yet. Honestly, I probably don't really have much reason to worry for a while, but I can't help having the paranoia of growing old alone. I would like people to spend time with, for the long run. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/26 05:35 AM
Wait for a better environment to date, or try it out here?I wouldn't say none are good enough, it's that I only have so much time to talk, vet, and familiarize myself with potential partners regardless of how many there are. I can narrow it down with clubs, organizations, and classes, but I don't have the time to talk extensively with everyone. I didn't mention it, but time is a big, big limiting factor as well. Most of the guys who were interested in me were, frankly, objectively out of my league. There was a really cute, passionate, and thoughtful el… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/26 05:29 AM
Wait for a better environment to date, or try it out here?Thank you for your response :) It's a very skewed male to female ratio, and I wouldn't be asking if I didn't think it was possible to find someone. I have had some lovely guys who are most definitely out of my league interested in me, it's just that that romantic desire back hasn't really happened yet, if that makes sense? And I don't want to lead anyone on. Because the one person who I happened to feel something for was very socially intelligent, I thought it may be because that's what I'm subc… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/26 05:04 AM
Wait for a better environment to date, or try it out here? For the most part, yes. I think the issue is that I am somewhat attuned to their emotions but do not feel that reciprocated, so it builds subtle friction. I.e. there's two guys who are very sweet but cannot for the life of them realize when I am dropping hints my social battery is drained and will keep following me around campus/talking to me. And then I need to take extra energy to properly communicate and reassure to them that no, I'm still your friend, I just need space right now. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/02/26 04:45 AM
The profile of women wealthy men are dating are marrying?I'm not saying they don't, I'm just saying it's usually a higher priority for short-term compared to anything. Looks for long-term > Looks for short-term > everything else for short-term | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/02/26 05:47 AM
The profile of women wealthy men are dating are marrying? This feels disingenuous. While physical attraction may be a higher priority for them compared to women, most studies find it is not a deciding factor for long-term relationships, but rather short-term ones. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/02/26 06:50 PM
The profile of women wealthy men are dating are marrying?I feel like there's also something to be said about similar fields bringing similar mindsets to life choices. A woman with a business is a risk-taker, ambitious, and not afraid to back it up, even if her personality may be quiet and reserved. A woman with a PhD is an intellectual critical-thinker, even if she may be bubbly and humorous. It tells you more about the person's life priorities and decision-making skills. | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/02/26 06:45 PM
