I also heard Wim Hof Method might work well in fighting Crohns's disease.

Here's a fun exercise to do. While meditating sit in a postition that is not so comfortable for you, be it quarter lotus, half lotus, full lotus, whatever works for you. If you sit long enough (5 minutes for example) you will become uncomfortable. That's when the fun part begins. You will start having these thoughts to change your postition or stop but guess what. You won't. It is hard. At some point you're flooded with so much thoughts to stop it you won't be able to notice all of them. Eventua…

There are lots of important points in the book. I'll try to sum it up. There are two plants that have natural testosterone: pines (pine pollen) lilium davidii (bulbs if I remember correctly) Others just boost your T production: ginko biloba tribulus others I don't remember Things to avoid: plastics tap water grapefruits soy hops There is also some special diet mixed with fasts to increase your T levels. I hope that'll give you some insight.

Pine pollen is pure testosterone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQ2YewIdUnQ Nettle seeds root - blocks transformation of your T to estrogens Also it mentions about foods and things that decrease your T levels. For…

This was super long but I enjoyed every word of it. I know there are people here that don't believe in conspiracy theories but tell me how all of these matters are not conspiracy theories?

You don't have to pay for the course to start practicing. The secret is based on three activities: cold showers, yoga and breathing exercises. And that's it. Wim even has some free videos how to start doing them. You can also join the facebook group and ask any questions you have there. No excuses man. Of course I do recommend to buy the course. Wim is a very charismatic and fun person and doing the exercises with him and the group give you the motivation to go through the whole 10 weeks (if spe…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
