1	High school coach fired for sexting 20-year-old college girlfriend. That would fall under doing your job, in that you can fire someone if keeping them hired is not beneficial to your bottom line. 2	High school coach fired for sexting 20-year-old college girlfriend. I think we need to turn the non-discrimination laws around and basically say unless you are 1) not doing your job or 2) performing an illegal activity in a way that intersects with your duties (ie. using work equipment to break some law) you can't be fired.
