1	Bad at group conversations, but great at one-on-one conversation I also struggle with this, but you just have to establish the right frame for the discussion and keep yourself immediately relevant to the conversation matter, for instance by playing the two girls off against each other. I don't know about with larger groups, but I'd say try to fracture off a smaller group from the big one and play to your strengths, I.e.
