As someone who values consent highly; I want my partner to feel comfortable withdrawing consent at any point & communicating that change to me so that we can stop; figure out why they didn’t feel comfortable continuing & address the underlying issue with respect & empathy. If you don’t trust her not to accuse you of rape then don’t touch her. Unfortunately, it isn’t always possible to make that determination. You can’t always tell what someone will do in the future. Look at how many people trust their partners to be monogamous, only to find out that their partner was having an affair. The sort of person who is willing to make a false criminal accusation is also the sort of person who is very comfortable lying about other things.

They argue that false accusations are so rare there is no way he needs this I particularly enjoyed the woman who argued that she had no reason to fear a false murder accusation because “she wasn’t a murderer”. Because a false accusation is only a problem if you are actually guilty of the crime… When by definition, if the accusation of false, it means you didn’t commit the crime.
