A girl in my critical thinking class flipped out when my professor said that feminism wasn't about gender equality. If it were about gender equality, it would support men's issues, too. The only situation in which the advancement for women's rights can be the pursuit of gender equality is if men are either equal to or ahead of women in every issue.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
