i wanna know why the Red Pill advice says " lift " and not " work out ", my understanding is that lifting means powerlifting, squats and things that involve heavy weight, and working out means well.. working out, am i right? and is there a specific reason why people specifically say " lift "?

i'm new to the TRP but i'm still gonna give my take on this situation and what i would do. first of all you can't be talking about friendship, loyalty and trust when you're interested in your friend's sister. second of all let both of them be and find other girls to fuck with. third and final thing i have to say, don't cut him off completely, just don't talk to him unless you have to for the sake of your circle. i'm fairly new to the TRP so i'm not qualified to give any solid advice, but i would worry about the " so you're just staying in tonight? " question, how she said it, her tone and her body language. you said she goes out with her girlfriends and drinks often? i would consider the possibility of her having some side dick she was planning to invite over, i would put it the back of my mind until other signs arise but i would still consider it.
