I know this may seem stupid in our world of science that we live in but put that aside for a moment. I have found also that turning off the wifi at night incredibly helps with this giving me deeper rem sleep cycles making me refreshed in the morning. I would advise that people do some research on emf emitting devices and how they may affect our brains.
