She is a friend of a friend. Bad news is she used to know my ex. She's kinda sassy but that give me plenty of opportunity to show frame. She seems to be interested and recently came out of a ltr. Seems to be a sexual person. What do you wanna know? Ask me or tell me don't be a dick lest your not realy helping anyone.

I hate working out, hands down. I like running but that won't get me gains. The only way I see I becoming constant is through discipline, any way to make it fun?

I know exactly what my problem was. I wanted to be in the military really bad, so I was motivated to be disciplined. Now I've come to understand discipline should drive motivation not the other way around.

The military actually hurt my discipline it was so structured that I fell off. It took me a while to get back after it

So I can work out and improve my health. Just cuz I'm not fat or unhealthy doesn't mean I'm the best me I can be. But since I already think I look good I don't have a lot of motivation to be better

Fair. The issue is that I look very healthy and fit. I'm just not strong I've been smoking for 7 years and I still run a 14 minute 2 mile. I look good, I'm just not strong so as I said motivation isn't there. But your right. What kinda price of shit wake up 4 hours before work to the alarm he set just to sleep till he has to work... not gonna let that be me anymore

Only been here about 2 months lurking because I hate myself but am always open to improvement. Been trying to do the working out shit, I'm pretty fit without it, but how the fuck do people wake themselves up early to work out. I can't motivate myself enough to wake up to be miserable

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
