6	Posture Here is a video that helped me with my posture: https://youtu.be/WIsx1t8TJq4 Also with back pain. And it does make a difference. As someone dealing with body related anxiety since I'm more or less a cripple, it's easier to be more confident when you look confidemt, and posture is a big part of that.	/r/seduction	08/06/21 03:33 PM
