| 6 | Advice for men in their 20s?"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” — Will Durant Also, I suggest doing the things you want to do but are afraid to do. If you care enough to be afraid, you care enough to do it. Face those fears. We all have fears, bravery is about facing them. | /r/MenSupportMen | 20/12/22 02:42 PM |
| 4 | my dad might die and I don't know how to handle itYou've got this. It's ok to be sad and hurt and feel that loss. It's ok to cry. You're losing a big part of your life. Talk to any family you have about it and I strongly recommend therapy. I know it sounds weird and like maybe some fake stuff or you don't want to talk to anyone about how you feel but with a therapist you can just say " i feel sad" or whatever you feel and talk through how to feel better about it. At least try to talk to your family as much as it may hurt. | /r/MenSupportMen | 14/11/22 12:40 AM |
