2	I'm suffocating (long) Or maybe I see this as a waste of time because you're all about the assumptions. I'm on a 1400 calorie diet. I hit my mark 6/7 days a week. In case your "nurse's assistant" job hasn't informed you, I'd need to eat 2500 excess calories per week to be eating enough for fork > exercise. He quit last July and went to work at another place for a couple months hoping to do better but it ended up knocking our income down about 30% so he went back.
