1	Cold Showers Every Day Of The Year There is a hot spring in Bay Area called "Harbin Hotspring". (Unfortunately, it burned down during the Lake County Fire last year). They had an excellent setup: cold pool next to a hot pool. I used to go back and forth, and that made my skin soft and rubbery.	/r/TheRedPill	01/12/16 07:22 PM
