1	Post your honesty examples of what you did by yourself over the last 2 weeks. Last two weeks! Started hitting the gym again a couple days back. Trust me when I say this, Those two hours are my escape where I'm not thinking about anything else. Cultivating a habit of reading every day. Books I recommend are The Daily Stoic, and Power by Robert Greene. I am a software engineer, so right now I'm trying to make a schedule to do a lot of things every day.
