In all fairness though a few people can occasionally put that to good use. Actually thats not at all how the court systems work. For the most part judges are put on a rotation where they are cycled through each court. Some certainly have preferences and biases in specific courts but there are very few who have (like a CPS worker) set out to punish any group.
