What prosecutions like is for the police to trap you with your words into admitting you committed a crime or lied in some way, ...... This! Exactly. Not just in this instance, but any time you are accused of a crime. NEVER answer questions. If the cops have enough to arrest you they will arrest you whether or not you answer their questions. Your explanation will not change their mind on this. It can only serve as evidence that can be used against you.

So, what you are saying is that it's okay if the district attorney have your statement proving that you did have sex with her, so they only have to probe coercion or whatever? If it comes down to a legal issue, as the OP is concerned that it will, it would be a lot better if the DA has to first prove that you actually did have sex with her. There is NO REASON to make the DAs job easier.

ANYTHING you text to her may be used against you if she reports you. "Consent was implied when you guided my dick inside you" That just admits that you did have sex with her. Any rapist could text her those words! It does NOTHING to assist you if police get involved, adn THAT is what you need to protect against.
