| 5 | Almost burnt outI have long curly hair. My grandma would always tell all of us kids, when she would brush our hair, "suffer for beauty" it isn't until right now, I realized how wrong that statement is. How that statement was just always something she said and its so ingrained to my memory. Most of her kids, my mom included, always got whacked with the hairbrush if they whined getting their hair brushed.
