Its worse than you assume. Its 98 out of the 100 PROVEN AND ADMITTING TO LYING. My case WERE NOT such a incident, since she sticks to her bullshit story. Its actually way worse than thoose numbers.
/r/MensRights27/07/12 12:49 PM

It is. The ONLY time you sue in Scandinavia is if a insurance company is refusing to pay for your work incident or shit lke that.

She werent stupid. She claimed i never came, so it were just ordinary sex. Very hard to prove without any bruises/signs, but also very hard to disprove.

Thanks! I would really want the girl to pay up, not the police since they just did their job. But when you build a system on trust rather than evidence and arrest someone you gotta pay the price when you fuck up.
/r/MensRights26/07/12 06:00 PM

Not yet. Basicly the laws states that if you get arrested and found innocent you can get some money as "sorry".
/r/MensRights26/07/12 05:59 PM

Go read the other post. No lawyer will take the case whatsoever. People dont sue people in Denmark.

Im not trollin anyone.
/r/MensRights20/06/12 09:09 AM

ye. dont they do it all the time? Argument that "i were formerly charged with rape but got off from lack of evidence"? It would completely destroy any divorce court or shared custody. This might have fucked me over in more ways than i can understand.

They wont charge her because she i a troubled girl. They told me that and the case would just end up getting nowhere due to statement vs statement. I never said that. But in any rape case they might fucking considering checking her body before bursting into my home on front of my family? Due to some girls quick story? How about SOME FUCKING PROOVE before arresting me? Should file charges against her since there IS proove i dident do shit.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 09:23 PM

HE HAD A GUN AND FORCED ME TO BLOW HIM WHILE HOLDING A GUN,, annnnd we got a conviction. I actually thing i summed up enough of a story now to charge you with rape. See you in court gigagrey.

You realize this post is about the girl not getting punished right? idiot.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 09:10 PM

I want her to know what she did was serious. She is just getting off? No charges against her whatsoever? free shot at sending me to jail for 8 years? No the system is fucking broken, and i were just lucky. Some people aint you know.

/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:58 PM

Exactly . And then you think about the stories about false rape and then serving 5 years before they admit to lying. Thats when you realise it fucking sucks.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:53 PM

Will do. Its a fucking shock when the police storms your home and arrest you for rape, and you ask who? wait what? oh shit. Lol.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:50 PM

It should. And people shouldent accuse people of rape. But nothing pans out in this world.

Im so fucking mad.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:41 PM

well that were a point in the case too. The girl is like 100 kg and very violent, im 70 kg and very calm. Herp derp. And she claimed i raped her last weekend too. Which i spend with my family-.- They will try to get to you no matter what.

Wont go to court luckily. And thats no my words its theirs (police).
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:31 PM

I cant charge her. Only the police can and they wont since its a statement vs statement case. I will. Never stick your dick in crazy guys.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:28 PM

It will. But not from the police records. Only the official ones. If i ever get in another case they will bring it up trying to bring me down. So fucking sad.

I tried calling 10+ lawyers all refusing to take the case due to 2% conviction rate and suing her without her being convicted of lying wont do shit they say.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:21 PM

Im 100% sure i wont get charged. Some of the reasons i were released same day as arrest: She were telling things that dident make sense. Her friend were in the room at all times. No neighbours heard anything. No marks on her body No marks on my body I called the fucking guy to pick them up. I were very truthfull and detailed, she werent. Im innocent and its obvious. The problem is not the case. The problem is the people getting convicted from this shit , and punishment for her? Nah. None. Whatso…

I read the stories. I will support with whatever i can. Hopefully charges will drop tomorrow and i will gain some sort of payment for false arrest. (as far as lawyers tell me i will 100% gain some amount) and hopefully before 6/28

What i meant is no police and no lawyer will take the case or take it seriously. Read the former comments. Stop thinking the entire world is the fucking US.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:11 PM

Im in a shitty economical position but i hereby promise that 100% of the money i get from the police from false arrest, and if i should get any money from the false accusations too 100% of thoose will go to this project. Will post proof.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 07:08 PM

I did not. The problem is NOT the rape charge the fucking problem is a system where she gets away with accusing someone for rape and then nothing happens to her even if she is obviously lying.

/r/MensRights19/06/12 05:26 PM

/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:23 PM

Exactly. Its story like yours that makes me mad. Im extremly mad at the attempt to destroy my life , but im even madder because they are the people causing real rapist to go free in "statement vs statement" cases. I dont get how some people can be this pathetic.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:21 PM
2

Will try to take legal action against her in any way i can (even try to sue) when i get the letter saying "okay you dident do it" from the police in a week or two.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:16 PM
4

It is and you are right. But it just makes it so much worse when they lie about it.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:15 PM
8

Luckily i wont get convicted of anything (i guess), but it just makes me mad she gets this "free shot" at me, i was moving inches away from getting convicted and waste 5-8 years of my life too. And you know what? She will not ever hear from it or get punished in any way. Why? Because she is a "troubled kid". Oh ye and men who rape arent troubled? Wtf.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:14 PM
1

Yep haha:) If i were Danish clothes they would offer me alot of money for the pants i were wearing and stuff like that, Fresno was worst. Everybody came to me asking me to buy my pants and where i got them. If you wanna make millions in the US start selling "bullrot" clothes. Americans apparently fucking love it:p
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:09 PM
4

I dont. Thats why im mad and raging on the internet and saying that the system is broken.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:06 PM
3

Well police told me this. They told me about 30% of cases were statement vs statement, and 60% were meh dont believe the girl/lying, and 10% gets before court.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:05 PM
2

Wait what. I dunno. Ask any scandinavian. Its a culture thing. You dont really ever sue people. Only companies who you worked for. If you ask a lawyer to sue a everyday person they laugh, and people do too:p Its just not something you do.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 04:02 PM
1

Yes:) When visiting US 9 months ago everybody wanted me to speak Danish to hear it:O its like you get amazed:p
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:59 PM

Ur american right? You only sue in Denmark if you got hurt at your job and the company refuses to pay you.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:51 PM
3

1 lawyer will call me back tomorrow with a answer, all others dont wanna take the case due to 2% conviction rate of the ones admitting to lying and she aint even doing that.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:48 PM
36

People dont sue people outside the US. Thats some weird american thing.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:47 PM

Im mad and not correcting any grammar, it could be better. Its pretty simple why. Denmark got 5million people = No movies or tv series is dubbed with danish voices ever. Never ever. Even kids movies often got subtitles and english language. This is why most germans and french suck at english but scandinavian countries pretty much speek it decently. Your thought Danish, English, Spanish and German in the danish school system.

Most of the shit got damaged from her attacking me and me blocking her off, and pushing her out. Im trained / training Jiu Jitsu and did not apply any attack moves, only blocks and pushed her, causing her to grab whatever she could when trying to forward and attack me again. The property damage and the assault is the "same" thing, i cant go with one without charging the other, and when refused to charge one the other dies.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:25 PM

They believed me from the testemoni, and after DNA and rape kit tits i were released due to lack of evidence.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:14 PM
1

Yep good luck :p. Go to google and search for happiest countries in the world. You will find Denmark to be in the top 3 in all of them. All. Seen US at the 88th place a few times.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:12 PM

No its fucking amazing. We used to be told u were better ("the american dream") but no one ever mentions that word ever anymore.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:07 PM

yep, and i will still have a clean past. BUT if i should ever get in legal trouble they will use it in court. Thats the fucking problem.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 03:01 PM

I were in Las Vegas and Los Angeles with my parents 9 months ago. Dosent seem as shitty as we are told. But still seems pretty shitty compared to rich european countries.
/r/MensRights19/06/12 02:59 PM

+1 AND it would suddenly mean that all rape cases would be fucking serious, since someone is looking at really hard time and not just police saying "meh statement vs statement" as in my case and brian banks and any other false accused. (AND of course the real rapist getting free from statement vs statement cases)

Your 100% right but instead they have a 2% chance when lying to get 1/100 of the penalty i could have gotten. Wonder how many of the lies gets believed by the police? Prolly more than 2%... so insane.

Just talked to 2 different lawyers both telling me it will be very hard to do anything. Just like she cant prove i rape her, i cant prove i dident? Wtf is this shit? They both told me its a case of statement vs statement and sadly it happens all the time..

I find men who rape extremly pathetic. I hate every aspect it and i never tried to justify rape in any way ever, and i dont think anyone who aint mental will. Yes, i will find a few more documents and do some translate tonight, about 60% of all rape reports in Denmark is a lie and 2% of the girls accusing (and admitting to lieing!) gets punished. its just so sad, because ALOT ALOT of REAL rape cases gets dismissed in Denmark since thats just statement vs statement too. Its so sad how theese ment…

/r/MensRights19/06/12 12:07 PM

Problem is police tells me i cant do shit, since they are the ones to charge people with lying to them, and they wont charge her from statement vs statement. So pretty much just a free shot of sending me to jail for 8 years. And the assault is now also considered noneserious since the statements states different reasons of why the assault and damage happened. She pretty much just got a get-no-penalty-free-card and get a shot of sending me 8 years to prison. How is the system this broken? I cant …
/r/MensRights19/06/12 11:54 AM

yep. even without proof, without her admitting she lied (which she wont do , when your crazy enough to do this shit you stick with your story), im just considered guilty without enough proof to convict me. Seriously? SERIOUSLY? I will wait till i get the letter saying that im found innocent from lack of evidence because thats when i will get real mad-.-
