The approch I "overhear" portions of conversation all the time and just say "Oh my God are you talking about this?!" and then jump into the conversation excitedly. It's not really that hard and I do it with guys and girls. As long as you have interests you will be able to do this. 2	Getting in a ready before going out? Take a nap 2 hours before you go out, for an hour. Then take a shower and get ready. Then drink a healthy serving of your preferred caffeinated beverage and hit the road.
