For me, it is like a pull. I enjoy just their company so much that I even have them around when filling out job applications or doing taxes. My person is the only person I would want to spend my last day with, if the world was ending tomorrow.

That isn't all women. Maybe meet more women who don't have those standards. People are allowed to have standards, that isn't discrimination. I like shorter guys typically, even if I've dated a few tall guys. No woman that is good for you would shame you for your height, so just move on to other women. Men have higher standards of attractiveness for their partners, should I act like that is their fault and shame them for who they date? You shove me in with these women, assuming I choose tall guys…

So it's the women's fault for being attracted to tall men? What about guys that only go for women with big asses and tits? Is that any different? Should we make men tell other men to date women they aren't attracted to? Speaking as a woman who has been in love with a shorter man for years.

It's definitely most people, not most women. That's even shown in the comments of OP's post. Women usually seemed to try to understand my trauma, even on dates or drunken nights of crying about it. I'd do the same for any man who I cared for, I really don't think it is a gendered thing. I think it's just a not being an asshole thing.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
