I respect this approach but your flaw is assuming women are more often abused by men rather than vice versa. Unbiased results show its roughly 50/50. And there are concerns about overreaching on what you are tasked to do (which I greatly respect) - heal patients and address health maintenance. This mindset can be a slippery slope.
