Last time I said happy birthday to her was 6 weeks before she declared seperation with intent to divorce. My birthday was later that year during in home seperation. Instead of saying happy birthday to me, she ended up spending time with her paramour and his family and taking a picture with them. I just don't care about her bday anymore. I am a little concerned that she could try to file for temporary possession of the home even though she abandoned it nearly 2 years ago. Some people say she moved out on her own free will before the divorce was finalized, others say it doesn't matter as she can still try to claim the house.
