1	Why do girls do this? Never get your honey where you make your money. This is a great rule to go by. It complicates things and may cause you or the girl to lose the job. 1	How to stop flakers Sounds like she might be scared/nervous. She might feel more comfortable the first few times doing a group thing. Trust me I speak from experience. I get so nervous that I will shut down and not talk much because I would be in my head the whike time. Which is not fun for anyone.
