Fuck no. Even though looks is an advantage it does not mean much for girls. There are other masculine traits that you can have. Learn Charisma, read self-improving books, learn how to sell, work in every aspect besides coding. I'm telling you as a average looking Software Engineer. Also forget about skin color. I have Indian friends in gym that are FUCKING CHADS. MAX OUT EVERY COMPONENT THAT YOU CONTROL. Get it done Champ

Why do you want a man who can't get a signal or is not making a move? They either shit themselves or are not very interested. Regarding signals, I can personally read it even with the eye contact that the girl wants me to approach her. Initiating conversation even with silly question is also a cute signal.
