1	Overcoming Alpha Widow Probably go to the therapy is the best way to fix it. It will be a way more helpful comparing to self-help from reddit. I assume that therapist will help you to complete the grief and accept the reality. Reality that you will never have such an amazing guy again. And it hurt, I know. 3	'Monk mode' will ruin your life. It'll forever keep you in "I'm not ready yet" attitude. 100% agreed. It costs me 2 years with psychologist to realize that it is my coping mechanism. You no need to suffer every day on your way to success and all of this "no pain no gain" BS.
