She's gonna judge you. Better to keep it a mystery

Going out alone is a metal barrier at first but don't let it hold you back. Going out with the sole goal of having a good time will help you attract women. For example, a few weeks ago I was gonna go to a beer fest at an axe throwing place with a group of friends. Everyone bailed last minute so fuck them I was gonna go and have fun. I went and drank and threw axes with random groups. It was a lot of fun and a girl even hit on me. Go have your own fun, girls want to be on your adventure they don'…

If the topic comes up again, call yourself out in a lighthearted way. Don't put weight or pressure on what happened. Show self-awareness and poke fun at yourself. You lost value by being needy, you regain that value by owning up to it. Be careful, do not put weight on what happened. If the topic does not come up, don't bring it up. It's in the past, focus on the present

Call her on her shit, put pressure on her. Ask her why she's acting like a b*tch. Girls respect a guy that will standup for himself and call her out. These mood swings are probably some weird test to see if you can handle her. Call her out next time you see her. If she agrees and changes her behavior you've got a green light. If she gets defensive or mad forget her, she's a big red flag EDIT: call her out in a calm and respectful way. Don't do something that will end up on r/niceguys

Ok, so you're dealing with a bad mentality. So instead of feeling like "oh that person just wasn't interested, no big deal" you're thinking that person views themselves above you and is internally making fun. You're putting strangers on a pedestal and putting negative thoughts in their head. You have unresolved insecurities driving these bad thoughts. This is something you want to discuss with a therapist. There's no shame in asking for help. I wish you the best!

Options. People handle AA differently. Counting down might not work for some people. Goal 1 is basically the countdown then "hi", goal 2 is more about getting over a fear of rejection rather than AA, and goal 3 is for the overly anxious that need to rate how intimidating an interaction is so they can find one that will push them out of their comfort zone just enough.

If you're in your head thinking about more than just saying hi it's not going to work. You'll count down then make an excuse and bail. I found that counting down with the singular focus of saying hi clears all the anxious bs out of my head. Basically you gotta kill all background noise and just do it.

Damn dude, how do you go from learning the guitar to feeling undateable and dying alone? You're taking little things way too seriously. You're over-analyzing everything. Play the guitar for yourself not for validation from others. Going out with the purpose of getting rejected is not easy. It's weird. It's uncomfortable. It creates tension. Tension is what you want. You want to become more comfortable under tension. I'll give you a 3rd goal: 3) Think of something that scares you a bit and rate i…

3..2..1.."Hi" Counting down removes all options. Your singular focus is to just say "hi" Simple, but it may be hard if you have expectations like u/traceviral said. Instead of expecting anything, set out with these goals: 1) Open for the sake of opening. Your one goal is to say hi. You will more than likely get a polite "hi" and a smile back. That's it and nothing more. Say hi, exchange pleasantries, and move on with your day. 2) Get rejected by someone, anyone. For example: ask a barista for a …

Ask her how long they've been going out or how serious it is. If it's new or she's having second thoughts you can give her your number. She will text you if she's interested.

Hmm for me I just needed proof girls liked me when I first started game. AA is always going to be there no matter how many girls you bang. I found for myself approaching got a lot easier once I had results. Maybe you need to find another way

The brain needs results not words. Evidence over theory. Approach tons of girls, it just takes 1 to be into you to have that evidence. It makes approaching other girls easier.

I used to get like this. If you get stuck you're thinking too fast and probably about her reaction. Slow down, its ok to talk slow or pause and think. Worry about what you have to say not how you want her to react. I don't think they're getting confused, it's more likely your body language is conveying a lot of tension. Focus on open and relaxed body language. Relax your muscles starting with your chest and shoulders. You need to relax into the tension. If you're comfortable and relaxed they'll …

Your inner thoughts show through your body language. If you're insecure and maybe self-loathing it will permeate through your body language. If you love yourself it will show through as confidence. Loving yourself is a mindset shift. It starts with silencing the critic in your head and replacing it with positive thoughts and compliments. Love yourself, flaws and all. That critic in your head does not define your self worth or worthiness to be loved.

Non-reactive is best option, she's testing how confident you are in your masculinity EDIT: I mean call her on her shit without being reactive. Just not reacting at all makes you look like a beta that won't stand up for himself

1) she gave you tons of opportunities and you declined them. Going to her house was the most obvious hint she could drop. Dating coworkers is a bad idea though. If it goes sour she could talk shit about you too others and HR. 2) you were a bro for protecting your friends feelings. You might want to let him know what happened though, best he doesn't waste any more time on her. 3) sounds more like customer service. Really gotta read her body language though Reading girls takes some trial and error…

You won't get shunned. I've asked out girls in my friend group, she might tell a friend or two but nobody is going to make a big deal out of it. Go for it man, ask her out.

It sucks but I don't see a way to salvage this. If you message her again she'll lose any respect she has for you. You show your neediness. Maybe she's testing you, if you sent 2+ messages that she read but didn't respond to you failed her test. Best to move on, she might have some interest but if she was really interested she would be responding.

Forget her, she's not replying. We all want what we can't have. It can drive us crazy. Talk to other girls and don't put pressure on finding a relationship. You'll get attached and come off as low value and needy. Focus on having fun, talk like old friends and escalate step by step from there. A relationship will form naturally with the right girl. This girl you met is not the right girl.

A quick smile breaks the tension. She'll usually smile back too. Also, stop caring about what she may think about you. We can't control what others think about us so why stress about it? Count to 3, make eye contact, hold for a sec, smile, keep walking. Repeat with a bunch of strangers until it feels comfortable and not awkward.

You have 2 ears and 1 mouth. Listen twice as much as you speak. Focus on what she is saying to you and not what you want to say next. Shift your mentality. She needs to win you over. Evaluate her as a potential girlfriend. Helps reduce your need to be liked by her. Have other girls you're talking to. Have 3 other girls you're talking to and you won't care so much about this 1 girl liking you. Practice open body language. Even if you're tense using open body language signals comfort and confidenc…

Focus on her not yourself, not your intentions. Treat her like a friend. Focus on having fun and everything will flow smoothly. You still need to escalate but don't put pressure on it, keep it causal and fun. In the end it's not a big deal if the date didn't go well. It's a learning experience.

1) Focus on others not yourself. That's the first step to overcoming your insecurities and ending awkwardness 2) Detach your ego. Don't get your ego wrapped up in your approach. Who cares what she thinks of you? Don't seek validation from others. Don't put her on a pedestal. Girls want to be treated like an equal. 3) go where girls are: class, club, park, bar, cafe, etc. 4) set small goals when beginning. Starting a conversation with literally anyone will help you get over your nerves. The more …

You have 2 options 1) feel sorry for yourself and be miserable 2) be thankful for the opportunity to find a new best friend. People come and go from our lives and it can be painful. Focus on your hobbies, goals, and hanging out with friends. Don't worry about where it went wrong, the past is the past, focus on where you are now and where you want to be in the future.

Stop cheating, break up with your girlfriend she deserves better. Saying "it's in your nature" is lame.

Find everything that reminds you of her and avoid it. Cut contact and block her if you really need to. Easier to forget and move on that way.
