Sorry I don't know if that's rude, I just know that losing weight I had to learn and relearn just about everything multiple times and I don't like the idea of anybody else going through that stress

Have you tried counting your carbs and protein? For me personally, I've had more success with losing weight when lowering my carb intake and increasing my protein intake. But I also still ate carbs but they were beans and nuts. I also tried to eat relatively "clean" but still had protein shakes and I think that's something that helped out a lot, too.
