While I think this is incredibly stupid (and disagree with the authors point of view.) , I still don't see how this suddenly makes anything "Our fault" Shes pointing out a trend that she noticed. Even though I disagree with her, that doesn't make her wrong and me right.

4hrs/.5hr on the study and practice ratio. I know its a confidence issue and it stems from my mental illness. I feel like me pushing myself into a social situation, meeting new people and trying to manage whats going on in my brain is to much. Gotta fix my brain biz and then tackle the fear of a group.
