My friends and I are all pretty educated. Mech and Comp engineers all of us. They think red pilling is equivalent to hating women/or giving up due to lack of options. Quite the opposite. I get laid far more often than my married friends. I just don't commit to anything. The committing part is what they don't get I think.

It's not easy to do. And I don't think it is wrong to do that. Don't misunderstand me, friend. It takes time to not give a fuck. Even the most stone cold killers get irked by something. Stoicism helped me out a lot with that. Adhering to those principles has helped me quite a bit.

This was solid advice btw. I just think I should like you said concentrate on the physical outlets. Just kinda depressed in general. My dog is really the only one I hang out with anymore and waking up every day knowing she will die before me and I have to keep going without my best friend really gets to me. My issue with the gym is I've been doing it for over 15 years. I know everyone in my town who is is worth knowing. But I get what you are saying. I have other hobbies I could play too. I do have a few black acquaintances I used to work with but it's hard to be friends with them. Very aloof. We all see each other maybe once or twice a year. Should reach out to them though.
