Thats a great way of looking at it. Went on a date the other day and I had that same feeling as well. Still had it when I finally walked up to her but within minutes it went away and I had a fucking blast! I was just myself and honestly if the girl doesnt like me for what I am, good onto the next one! I just want to keep going and going lmao

You can read the book for free as a PDF file. Go to Google and type in the search bar; format:PDF models by mark Manson. Once you get the search results you have to click through the links until your able to find a downloadable link. You can read a lot of books via PDF by do this. I've gotten majority of the seduction material by doing this.

From what I have learned it is all about having fun and not caring about the outcome. Go in between sets one after another even if the first few sets are 10 sets are not successful keep going at it.
