But because I know who I am, am comfortable with who I am, know what I need and what I desire, I can attract women This. This is the reason why some guys are successful. The vast majority, aka. the unsuccessful, seem to interpret trp as a shortcut in life, where they can just raise their asshole level and suddenly win the girl. It all starts with your inner self, gentlemen.

Unfortunately we can take it one step further and say that feminists will call any man who isn't their ideal boy, an asshole.

The ability to use tools properly. There is nothing wimpier looking than a man who cant properly apply a metal screw into wood using anything from a screwdriver to an impact gun. Same goes for just about any tool that one would need around the home for maintenance indoors and outdoors. And competency around guns.

I ain't angry, just surprised at how oblivious you are to all of this, especially since you claim you are pro-union. Even I'm not pro-union. I'm pro human rights. I'm assuming this is your first job in the real world. If you are not clocking your overtime, then you are not working 110% of your time. My units of measurement were supposed to show you that the first unit is your work done, and the second is the time it takes to get the work done. There are set standards, like a job will take 1 hour…

I am saying if you're the guy that takes those 2 weeks, you are a step behind the guy that doesn't. Sorry to break it to you, but the science has already been done over and over and over again. It is proven fact that breaks will and do improve a person's productivity. This includes vacations, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, days off, all that. A person who doesn't take breaks and vacations and shit will drastically lower their productivity (to the tune of 95% after 2 hours, and 80% at 4 hours 20% a…

This is an issue that has been fought over and defined for decades by EVERY union that exists. All these unions did their research and fought the legal battles and been there done that. The end result: you must get payed for those extra 30 minutes. You may not see the big picture of the damages you are creating by doing so, because all you see is your surface value benefits of brown-nosing your boss. What you don't see, is that now the boss expects people to work for free. Then the boss will exp…

It is people like you who implement the walmart business practice at the that is causing the economy to fail. And you ask yourself why so many people are against going to walmart? Think about that.

It is merely an indication of how toxic society is right now in reference to relationships. Marriage in and of itself means nothing when looking at the overall picture. Take for example a single factor like infant morality rate. The fact that it is so high in USA compared to other 1st world nations isn't because the USA is a bunch of baby killers, obviously. It is merely a symptom of a larger issue (which, for those of you who don't actually know, is the broken healthcare system), so you shouldn…

See you are mixing logic with emotion. You obviously aren't understanding that your idea is CLEARLY wrong. The logic part is trying to find a good employee. The emotion part is making the illogical implication that the future of a human being's private life will adversely effect your company's bottom line. Correlation does not imply causation. I am part of the hiring committee where I work. I can tell you FOR A FACT that the best workers in my company are people who regularly take time off and d…

Going on vacation for a few days also effects work. Taking lunch breaks effects work. Taking time off because you broke your leg at work also effects work. Working for 8 hours instead of 20 hours each day every day also effects work. Standing up to take a 2 minute break from your chair to stretch your back also effects work. The problem is that there were many bodies and entities and institutions that produced and fought for these basic human rights to get to where we are today. Your company obv…

Empathy is hard-wired, not learned, not taught. TIL that critical thinking is a trait that even babies and toddlers possess. Empathy is instinct but dialing it down can be performed, it will simply require enough knowledge to understand what is "self" and "like self" and "for my benefit" and "of my kind" in so many words (neural connections, really). TIL that empathy and apathy mean the same thing. On top of that I've faced enough dangers to know when empathy is not wise, and enough drugs to cha…

You missed this whole analogy. 1) Dancing is indirect communication, and takes confidence and shit. Learn how to indirectly communicate with women. 2) This whole thing here, is what is known as a self fulfilling prophecy. Learn to gain more self confidence and see yourself successful when dating women, otherwise if you tell yourself your time picking up women is all a waste, then you will never pick up women. 3) The whole point isn't to study at the bar. This is a depiction of two types of bar p…

In canada, asking that question is illegal. This is a clear cut example of a policy that was derived from pure equality standpoints, but is being backed by a large number of fanatical and bias entities like feminism. The policy is known as "equal opportunity employment" and includes a myriad of other equality concepts like gender and race equality. The reason why, is that a job interview is supposed to discern the person's ability to contribute to the company, not dissect and control their perso…

This is a constant debate among my volunteer fire department as well. Our standards are so incredibly lax due to our chief giving in to political BS like this, that even the chief isn't even close to being capable of dragging 200 pounds let alone lifting it over your shoulder. The only reason why he is still chief is because he is a very nice 68 year old man. I'd also go as far as saying that myself and only about half the actual team is fit enough to drag 200 pounds when in full bunker gear.

ROFL!! Did you know that a part of the cerebral cortex is responsible for the ability to have empathy? Did you know that this part of the brain doesn't get fully developed until about age 25 (younger for women)? Did you know that empathy is learned and not taught, and many people now a days don't fully develop this part of the brain due to 'troubled pasts'? Your complete lack of understanding in the subject at hand is laughable. This conversation is over.

I you can't tell the difference, then I would recommend NOT using this tactic to pick up chicks. It leads you down a dirty slope that borders on spousal abuse. Your second paragraph while it is completely off topic, is absolutely correct. But, you are now defining a quantity vs quality comparison here. I would much rather sleep with a few 7-9s over several 3-5s. You really should think about your own self esteem. Or is some girl destroying it?

I know. I work in the tech industry so I'm fully aware of enterprise apple products. My comment was that you said that by his mid 30s (my age), he was doing work in his mom's kitchen. I pointed out that I'm further ahead of him considering I'm also doing the job I love but I can work out of my own home that I personally own, as opposed to you suggesting he didn't own a home by his mid 30s.

Like myself, I expect every man my age to have "found themselves" and settled into their career, rather than jumping between various jobs. Mr Jobs was an entrepreneur, so that is something he should be doing professionally by his mid 30s, only I'm one step ahead of him since I can work out of a kitchen owned by me, rather than living at my mom's.

The huge difference is that ego is mould-able, and self-esteem is not. Ego is built up from many variables including negative influences, while self-esteem is derived solely from core beliefs. The relationship is such that if you attack someone's ego, you don't necessarily destroy their self-esteem. But if you attack someone's self-esteem, you destroy both. The important distinction here is best served by an example: Lets say a football jock is at a bar trying to pick up girls and wanting to get…

This is a very difficult concept for people to grasp. The only reason why Steve Jobs is able to do what he does is because he has an executive portfolio. He is a part of the 1%. There are simply things he can do that we cannot. The only way to compare apples to apples is to see Mr Jobs when he was your age, and even then it doesn't apply due to the era of then vs now. Instead, the law should be re-written to state: "Get reputations of larger entities to do the work for you, and always take the c…

This reminds me of that pathetic youtube video about honest deception. Flip the tables and you can clearly see that cheating while in a monogamous relationship is bad. Cheating is bad because it speaks of the low integrity of someone. As a man, you do not want to lose personal integrity. However, if you are spinning a few plates, it has ALWAYS been the stance of TRP that all your plates know full well your intentions. So, your working theory shouldn't be about being good at hiding your infidelit…

As you lower someone's self esteem, the "cheaper" they will make themselves to obtain another person's approval This is the TL;DR version of your post, and this is something that I totally disagree with. The whole thing about PUA and games and maintaining frame and all that shit isn't to erode someone's self esteem for your own personal gain. I personally know a lot of people who do this, and all they end up with is a bunch of resenting ex's, most of which they haven't even had sex with. My sugg…

Hmm.. to start, hey? The first thing you would need to do is fix your metabolism. That means eating at the right times and eating the right kinds of foods, and getting the appropriate amount of sleep. The easiest start is to lower carb intake for your dinner, and add veggies such as leafy greens and other dark green veggies. Never eat past 7pm if you go to bed at around 11pm. This doesn't mean cut out carbs entirely, but start with eating half of the carbs that you normally serve yourself, and s…

Food is 80% the key to losing weight and getting ripped. I used to be a gym rat. Now I lift to maintain (bulk/lean cycles). One sentiment that EVERYONE who regularly lifts at gyms will say the same thing. I'm a dude, and nothing frustrates me more than having chicks trying to flirt with me at the gym. I have a limited time frame and I am trying to keep myself in the zone to get my shit done. It is even worse when guys do this to women (as it is more frequent due to the man/women ratio) because w…

You basically said 'no' to her by your actions. In all seriousness, she most likely saw one-night-stand material in you because apparently you got cold feet at her question. This is the biggest mistake a lot of newly-unplugged guys here make when trying to swallow TRP. She will see LTR material in you if you are able to show to her that you are able to protect her as an alpha. You instead played her off using PUA and Plate tactics. Play it off lightly and respond. The idea not as simple, and ironically I studied this in university psychology. The basic principal is your brain is driven by 2 factors: logic, and emotion. The side note here is that you are also at the age where you can't fully control your emotions, so age and mental maturity play a factor. An important factor is that your emotional side of your brain is dictated by hormones. Another important factor is that your logic side of your brain is programmed with what you can do vs what you will do…

A lot of posts lately have been all about picking up chicks. It is frustrating as hell when you see your fellow brethren get handed a steak and lobster meal (the entire TRP reddit repository), eat just the garnish (pick and choose just the 1 or 2 items about PUA), and expect to have a fulfilling experience (be fully unplugged). TRP doesn't work that way, and neither does being a true alpha.

You don't have to cut all ties completely. Just don't give her the time of day. Don't interact with her, don't initiate contact, don't hang out with her. If she enters your domain, do it on your terms, and basically ignore her. The key is mindset. She is just another person. You don't have time for her. I should also remind you that you are in fact human, and therefore cannot simply just turn off your emotions, so it isn't going to be easy the first few times.

You dun fucked up, bro. You lost what little frame you had when you stared at her silently, with the icing on the cake being that you just immediately asked the exact question again. I bet she either just laughed at you, which would mean that her status was considerably higher than yours at that moment, or just awkwardly sat there trying to get away from you, because you came off as an angry little boy. Tough break, try again with someone else. The only way you can ask the question again is to b…

What a lot of people here are mistaking is thinking that the children (and anyone of that age for that matter) have critical thinking abilities. This experiment does not have the logical implications that people are arguing against. This experiment is basically perfect in and of itself.

Correlation does not imply causation. "what love costs" is a contradiction of terms. Hookers don't get paid to make love - they get paid to make sex. Therefore you can't simply make an assumption, unless you actually pay your wife to be with you, at which point she is just one of them sugar babies and not really a lover. Trust me when i say this: sex is much hotter with someone who actually wants to fuck your brains out.

You can't really make a blanket statement such as "using your phone is better than going out" because such a statement is extremely narrow minded. Lets summarize the two people you speak about in one instance: PersonA has spent a while going out. PersonB spent all his time at home. PersonA picks up 1 date, PersonB picks up 2 dates. You know the most important critical factor in this? Is that PersonA is developing his social and communication and life skills. PersonB is sitting at home. Sooner or…

I was a TA when I was in university. Back then I had to be a hardass to my students because there were just so many of them that I simply did not have the time of day to 'acknowledge' everyone. Help students, sure, but they have to do it on my terms and make the effort. I can even go as far as saying that acknowledging everyone like you do is being quite disruptive to your stature. I would like to reiterate what another said here: She changed the terms of the relationship and has gone beyond shit-testing. The best bet is NOT to have your friend initially run away, as this will only affirm her belief that her actions are producing good results. The best option now is to downgrade her to plate, and treat her as such. But only to the point where you treat this relationship as open and put her in her place by exposing her actions. She is not worth being a plate, but she clearl…

This reminds me of the time a few days ago when I approached a few young girls at a halloween costume store counter. I asked for a particular costume due to a themed party I'm attending. They didn't have any, so I figure i'd change it up a little and find something sexy a dude can wear, so I asked them just that. They giggled a bit and happily pointed out a few costumes, but literally all of them were goofy costumes. It struck me as ironic.

The 52 second video doesn't state anything of consequence. The issue is, and always has been, the oppression of man. CBC would rather tuck their tail and hide behind the bluepill antics of the information world and public media in order to make a statement to appease the vast majority of their viewers (women, and bluepill men). Its about ratings and popularity. Not about rights and freedoms.

I'm sure people my age can remember the movie "there's something about mary" where a statement was made: "so now just empty your pipes before the date and get going." This literally brings light on the fact that women who are being hit on by a horny dude will actually be turned off by their horny advances. The easiest way to determine if an activity is high value is to ask yourself this question, "Does this activity help me achieve my goals?" You can always hit the gym. Losing weight is a good step in the right direction, but are you at your ideal body type? Or you can pick up new things that are beneficial to your palette and image. For example, become a volunteer firefighter. Or pick up cool hobbies like ipsc or similar (pistol shooting competition), or join the reserves. Women will see power and strength and alpha in you if you accept your illness, live with it, and be the best and whatever you want to be despite that perceived limitation. It is a part of you, but don't let it limit or hinder you. It is only an issue if you make it an issue.

I'm sorry to say, but what you are asking is somewhat a contradiction of terms. I tend to question if an alpha or someone who is all about the red pill actually does go about deceiving their SO. That doesn't seem like a compatible trait. From what i've been reading in the sidebar, an alpha is someone who is honest, can admit he is wrong, has a high level of integrity, and doesn't go behind someone's back for nefarious gain. An alpha doesn't have to lie. Hell, even the plate theory dictates that all plates know that the guy is in an open relationship.
