Make sure you’re sleeping well and meditate when you can. Try the Headspace app, try supplementing 5-HTP. Concentrate on the short term and live a little, indulge bad habits if it makes you feel better, and these are tough unprecedented times, don’t be so harsh on yourself.

Tough competition in Ibiza and Vegas, both full of 22 y o white Brits, I’d suggest learn Spanish and hit Colombia. Or get to a country or city where your accent is treasured, my mates who went backpacking round Thailand and Aus stayed over there and never came back. Those places must be doing something right.

Make sure you live your life and enjoy it in your 20s. Do wtf you want but avoid drugs and alcohol. And commitment. Find your frame, lift, explore the world, fuck backpackers. Plenty of time for earning lots of money later on in life. So many of the richest 10% get to a certain age then have a severe midlife crisis because they had never truly lived.

Valid point but if you pick the right women you can learn more about yourself in LTRs. Seeing yourself through the eyes of another can be infinitely more beneficial for your self improvement than looking in the mirror each day. Especially if you find a woman with a high SMV. Your point is a valid one though, all my school buddies are terrified of being single, settled down in early 20s and in miserable relationships. The happy medium is, lift, work on yourself, ‘find yourself’, then when ready d…

“Some girls say I’m an 8 others say I’m a 5” You need to ditch this way of thinking first my man. I hope you’re not going round asking girls to rate you out of ten. If so, back to the sidebar Fashion is important yes but your value comes from within you, not their perception. The most important thing is to eat well, lift often and have a goal that isn’t women.

It’s not a feminine construct. It’s science. The Myers Briggs study is widely accepted as fact in the scientific community. And of course, like anything, it’s fluid and can change over time.

You’re an introvert which is neither a good nor bad thing, it’s a natural part of your personality. Women are naturally more social and emotional so they generally speak without thinking. They will often talk to fill any silence - and you can use that to your advantage. Thinking before speaking, on the other hand, is a natural alpha trait.

There are hundreds of cows grazing below. The young bull says, "Let's run down there and fuck a cow!" The old bull says, "No, let's walk down and fuck them all." Point being you’ll have more energy and vigour in your youth but you’ll be better able to use what you have left as you age due to experience. Including but not limited to, cutting out toxic people, spending more time with family and getting a satisfying career. I’m 30 and in my best physical and mental shape m but that’s mainly due to …

So you’ve hit a lull and the reasons for this can be infinitely complex, could be due to your parenting, lifestyle choices or a neurochemical imbalance (do you sleep enough? Take magnesium?) But from looking at your post, it seems you may be putting too much pressure on yourself. We get one life and if you’re not content in the present moment then you’re doing something wrong. Remember you’re only 22. I’d suggest going away on your own for two weeks, somewhere sunny and chill, switch your phone …

Divorce won’t fuck your children up. Staying in a relationship where you’re not happy is more likely to. Take some time out and get away from everything to clear your head, possibly even have a break from her but it does sound like a complete split is inevitable if you want to save your sanity and that of your children. Think of where you want to be in 10 years.
