4	Canadian Children's Rights Council wants mandatory paternity tests at birth so both parents are identified immediately. Such a measure would go a long way to eliminating paternal fraud and identity fraud. First they came for the male rape victims, and I said nothing because I had not been raped. The reason for this is because of things like social expectations, and stigmas towards mental health men are less likely to receive treatment for mental health issues.
