if a stranger waves to me I'm 99% sure they're waving at someone behind me. Because ... I can't think of a single case where a stranger actually waved at me.

This only hurts actual victims Pretty sure it also hurts the falsely accused.

judges care about that? Is it because they will get bad publicity? I would think they don’t give a fuck what peo It's nothing to do with judges. It's the district attorney/prosecutor who bring charges. They are very much worried about publicity, although I can't fully explain why.

Jail costs me money. How bout she has to hold a sign on busy intersections stating her crime for 100 weekends?

there are a whole host of other more carefully tailored cuts they deliver on each other as part of the same culture. Do they carry 15 year jail sentences, social stigma and loss of career?

what does this rhetoric even mean It means we are awesome running machines, so obviously we were made to run. What? What? Do I need to shout? We can outrun everything, except maybe wolves, for distance. a link There's lots of evidence we were born to run long distances. We're definitely better runners than lifters.

While there are different credible theories, there are certainly credible ones about humans being made to run. Persistence hunting is quite plausible. Mother nature doesn't do things without a reason, so there's a reason why humans can outrun pretty much everything else on the planet over time. Injuries are more common amongst us first-worlders who suffer from atrophy of stabilizing muscles, stride wrong and walk/run on concrete all day.

Because some people actually know it happens. Yes, it's rare but that doesn't mean it's bullshit. Recanalization

Vasectomies have a failure rate, particularly over time. The vas deferens are tenacious and reattach themselves. You are supposed to get checked occassionally to this has happened. EDIT: Fine, don't believe it recanalization

There are cases when that's probably fair. The problem here is the child is long grown and the state is just trying to get money back. The judge is supposed to be delivering "Justice" and is obviously failing to do so by penalizing an innocent man screwed by some circumstances completely beyond his control and understanding. She's trying to hind behind crude rules and laws when her first priority should be in doing what's right.

It's not a particularly strenuous workout It is what you make of it. It can be as strenuous as many exercise. (It's not HIIT but you don't do HIIT only either) Or it can be slow and relaxing. If it isn't strenuous you can go deeper and hold it longer or flow faster. You aren't going to bulk up huge like with weights, but you can definitely add strength and muscle and overall fitness. No different than a Charles Atlas body-weight approach really.

Of course it's a TRIAL on birth control. If it isn't 100% effective (or botched as I read one Indian trial was injected incorrectly) you might have 10-15 kids on your hands and owe child support on all of them. Just saying there is a possible downside you might want to consider.

I think the point is she probably has absolutely no desire to have such a personal letter posted on reddit - let alone this subreddit. I consider it in poor taste and very disrespectful to her.
