On the lower courts question - actually the lower courts don't have to right to side with the plaintiffs since only the Supreme Court can overrule its own precedent. When did SCOTUS previously set precedent that the draft's gendered basis was constitutional?

As reductive as a lot of discussions around social inequity can be when gender is involved, it's at least cognizant of the dynamics involved and wants to address them at least in theory, wheras the right just wants to entrench existing norms and will shit on and not support men if they don't fit into their narrow idea of what "being a man" is.

For you and /u/Perfect-Resist5478 , the concern is that by taking a baby step that's not addressing the actual issue, it will remove the willpower and momentum behind the issue as a whole and legislators will wash their hands of the matter and act like it's solved. That being said, you could argue adding women to selective service/the draft is itself such a distraction of a concession, compared to the ultimate goal that is abolishing it entirely

I would expect that in a sub about male issues, where there is so much systemic issues we face with the criminal justice system, that we generally all agree for reform and rehabilitation. Maybe she is lying out of her ass... or maybe the police are lying: I can point to hundreds of examples of police getting false confessions out of people (mostly men) who were actually innocent, etc.

The vast majority of Feminists I have seen oppose the draft and circumcision. Granted, they are not core issues that there is major activism on by them, but when asked, even among the ones which are dismissive of male issues, are almost always against those things.

Corporate control and centralization is a bad thing. Musk's purchase only further consolidates the tech industry, and he and his companies have a history of exploitation, and going after critics, workers, and whistleblowers. Regardless about how you feel about the duty and role of social media platforms to foster free speech or not and how good or bad that is, Musk isn't to be trusted and the buyout is dangerous, the same way that corporate control over online speech is to begin with.

I don't really have a set opinion on equality/egalitarianism vs equity, but I will say that if people are pursuing equity, that there's an ethical responsibility to weigh the variables right and factor as many as possible. What games are you playing where you're seeing that?
