1	[Twitter] Stop gendering issues that aren’t a gender-specific issue! 51.3% of men, and 48.7% of women. BuT wOmEn!! I agree that men’s rights also need focus, but the context for this post is that we really only know what strokes look like in men so women go undiagnosed and are more likely to be turned away from medical assistance. Ah, I can understand how the definition would be improved by not saying one sex is raped more than the other. Again, I wasn't saying anything as fact, I said that was what I believed to the best of my knowledge. Why on earth am I getting downvoted for asking for further clarification? I think it is true that women get raped more than men (though rape for men is extremely underreported and sometimes not even realized), but no one ever said that all women were raped by men so I don't understand how this is meant to paint all men as rapists. It says "usually of a female", which is true. I 100% agree that females can rape and should be educated on male consent, but I don't see how this wording is sexist?
