The whole composition of these circumstances is questionable at best. Not citing sources doesn't seem like the type of behavior someone bent on exposing the facts of rape. If you're going to make a claim that's as controversial as the one you chose, sources would be important. If this post is in fact true, then whether or not you want to do something about depends all on you and how much you care about this topic. This is really a questionable post at best. Some random troll-ish post on an "answers" site doesn't really make for anything post-worthy. Don't get me wrong, I'm completely for equality in mens' reproductive rights and disgusted by the concept of trapping a man via pregnancy. It's just that there''s nothing constructive to gain by linking to some poorly written text like this. It's really just rage-bait.

I don't think he's saying that the women being raped is responsible for not preventing herself from being raped. Her friend, who is also a woman, could be responsible for taking care of her or getting her home safely. I've just found that frequently in these PSA's the responsibility for taking care of women falls to a man.

If you're looking to improve this list I would try to phrase each of these in gender ambiguous terms. That removes any kind of slanting that could be presumed by the phraseology of the statement. Some of these I don't agree with. Also I think "friendzoned" is an awful term and its implications can be phrased better. Other than that, respectable first attempt.
