If you use an android you can create a "long" screenshot by going to the top of the messages and taking a screenshot then pressing an icon it will roughly double the length of the screenshot and you can repeat until it reaches its limit if you don't have an android then ask a friend who does if you can sign in to Facebook on their phone and take a "long" screenshot I don't know if that's what it's actually called or if it will work for you but it might help
