With Elliott’s defence away on holiday, dialing in on a speakerphone and unable to see the judge’s facial expressions, the August hearing was a complete waste of time. Yes, this is all a waste of time.

I say this as a magic player: Magic players, especially on reddit, are fucking idiots 90 percent of the time and will censor/ban you from saying things that disagree with them. They have already gone on witch hunts condemning people (look up Zach Jesse), and will not talk reasonably. It is unfortunate that they are ruining a great game, and I have found myself gravitating towards hearthstone so I don't have to interact with any of them online. There is one store I play at in real life where the …

You're an idiot bro. Anybody defending a client does not ask them if they are innocent or guilty. They work under presumed innocence.

Seems like there are an abnormally high amount of white knights getting published this week.
/r/MensRights18/07/15 12:29 AM

Not familiar with Canadian law, but can't you appeal a conviction?
/r/MensRights18/07/15 12:23 AM

Yo, just wait till your court date. Any respectable judge will dismiss the case in seconds.
/r/MensRights18/07/15 12:20 AM

I'd recommend contacting a real lawyer asap.

Take a video recorder, hide it on yourself, and talk to her about this while recording everything she says. Also, take pictures of your claw marks.
/r/MensRights17/07/15 12:56 PM

Um, no. If people can kill themselves because they were bullied, then this man can kill himself because of what his wife did.

Guy is accused -> College court does not allow him to defend him self and "convicts" him of sexual assault -> Student sues and a real court sides with him.

I don't see how it would be illegal in any place to film what happens in your own room. If it was at the other person's place, sure there may be some problems, but at your place there should be none.

Yep. Even the male teachers who grade unfairly grade that way consistently. They grade everyone unfairly, not just men (or girls sometimes).
/r/MensRights12/07/15 11:54 PM

I think you have /r/mensrights and /r/coontown confused, buddy.
/r/MensRights12/07/15 04:18 PM

This is really depressing if this person actually thinks this.

Nice find. Also relevant that in some countries the rape of a man is more common than the rape of a women by a single offender.
/r/MensRights08/07/15 03:01 AM

Looking at their source material, there is no mention of these statistics. http://www.thelancet.com/journals/langlo/article/PIIS2214-109X(13)70069-X/references

FWIW the comedian himself posted this video to r/cringe, and in the comments he confirmed that the story was entirely true and he is a "rape baby". Link: https://www.reddit.com/r/cringe/comments/246vwi/comedian_sings_unfunny_song_about_rape_gets/

Because there are no official rules stating that people with convictions from ten years ago are not allowed to play. A felon is in the hall of fame but this person they deemed not worthy of playing.

/r/MensRights01/07/15 05:31 PM

frist off how dare you
/r/MensRights01/07/15 04:03 PM

Just a slight nitpick on your first statistic. We incarcerate more people based on percentage of population not quantity. China/India incarcerate more, but they have waaaaaaay more people so that is expected.

I guess the men will be the ones cooking now...
/r/MensRights29/06/15 09:13 PM

While technically not true, you don't need to be convicted to be treated as if you were. Accusations often ruin peoples lives whether or not they are cleared in court.
/r/MensRights29/06/15 06:58 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
