Don’t be discouraged after one attempt. Be a little more assertive next time around and you’ll be fine

If old people look at you it's because that's pretty much what they always do. They're not going to be telling you off for not knowing how to dance. Saw the video you posted, I don't see much difficulty in that traditional sort of dance since all I saw is people holding hands in a circle and hopping. If you have difficulty with that all you need to do is just follow the people next to you. If you need to feel more confident then just Google some basic dance moves to boost your repertoire.

Doesn't look like a shit test to me, just agree and amplify if anything. "oh yeah? Did you graduate with honors on shitology?" Idk. My go-to shit test response usually has humor.

I'm not married. It's a month and a half relationship

I've never really been a beta, so I can't relate to your first sentence. I have girl friends I text, but they're mostly in relationships as well, so what I do is I talk to her closest friends and sometimes shift attention to them. I've been going to the gym for the past year and I am a good looking guy, but I don't understand why I would need her to feel insecure about herself? That's just dickish imo. Hypothetically, if I were to start the gym now instead of 8 months ago, it wouldn't be to make…

I understood the first two paragraphs but the third one is a bit confusing. What I took away is that you're talking about the "abundance mentality" and adapting to situations that don't have to do with love interests but rather real world situations. Thanks for the reply tho

I don't think I'm going to be making her an experiment, I just wanted some advice as to how I maintain an "alpha" frame while being in a relationship. I will look into nexting and other tactics as you mentioned.

Thank you! No complimenting isn't bad, I just felt like I shouldn't be giving her too much attention as TRP says it should be 80/20 on how much affection you give to your SO (or that's probably just for picking up. As I said I'm new to this and I wanted to know if it could be implemented into a relationship)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
