Same here. I'm not sure what it is but it's almost like a "want what you can't have" type of thing. If I don't give a girl the time of day they will usually start coming onto me but the second I text them just to hangout it seems like all attraction just dissipates.

Physically I’d give myself and 8/9. Tall, good facial structure, pretty fit. I get approached at bars pretty often and notice a lot of girls checking me out. Now socially I’m probably a 5 lol. I just become a social retard when I start talking but if I’m in a groove I’ll do great. But idk I feel like an 8 most days overall.

You don’t need plastic surgery. Go to a salon ask for a haircut they think would look good, start dressing like a fashionable man, and most importantly lift weights and get fit. Btw most of the time plastic surgery makes you look worse unless you had major trauma to your face.
