Wasn't described as "Frame" but as a covenant with God, in the sense that God is an ideal that you set for yourself. The idea is that by setting your eyes upon the most difficult goal that you can conceive of that will help the most people, you'll transform yourself and your life will turn out to be better than if you had of chosen to do anything else.
