Imagine the iceberg which is only 10% visible, while the other 90% is concleaed below the surface. You have the obvious inputs like looks, height/build/health, career focus, family upbringing and charisma. But some of the foundational traits that dictate long lasting success are harder for women to detect. Most women (people period) are not tracking a man's ability to persevere. To go trust themselves and go against group think. To consistently develop and implement strong ideas. To build meanin…

PS you got hit with a false rape charge. ..it's ok to be angry. It's ok to be enraged! Its ok. Go ahead and feel those ways. False rape charges should be a capital offense. You're made to win so feel those strong emotions every time you want to binge watch. Remember the rage when you want to sleep in. Feel that anger when you're mind is telling you to skip a lifting session. The old you didn't know this level of rage so you couldn't channel it. But now...now you know what its like for someone to…

God its like the younger me just wrote this. Been there with the false sexual allegations. There's nothing like it. Nothing. This is THE turning point in your life. I standby the idea that seamen retention is a net positive BUT don't beat yourself up if you do spank it. Its perfect to have a strong sexual desire. Just know that what you really want is the real deal. Will power is effective to quit PMO for a small percentage of people. For many others myself included, you'll find it beneficial ac…

Yup, we're saying the same thing. As we buy into (or hold it in our minds) a new script/perspective, our actions will become molded to that new story. We'll walk and talk differently, without trying. This is the distinction between behavior modification and true change. As an ex-christian, the WWJD refrain never worked for me (or my christian peers). One of the reasons, is because WWJD is reactive rather than proactive. WWJD requires you to think of a scenario that could apply to the situation a…

A lot of this comes NLP. Some say it’s bullshit, but a lot of it makes sense to me, I’m open minded. Look into it. Agree with you here. NLP's benefits were extremely obvious to me when I played team sports. From NLP I discovered LOA and my life has never been the same since. When you say, "every thought has energy," you're 100% right. YouTube "Abraham Hicks" and let's talk again soon. I'll look up the lemon exercise and the underlying principles behind it. Thanks for sharing Alpha.

You've laid out some interesting points here. A fun read. I believe similarly when you wrote, Below the threshold of conscience awareness, is a completely different coding system that forms the foundation of how you perceive reality. Once you see how the matrix works, you can never un see it. To me this is the basis of any lasting change. Behavior modification is not true change, changing who you are is. And to do so, you need to know how to rewrite the code. For most humans, the path to recodin…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
