| 5 | Why do people think like this? Why are even abusive women more worthy of sympathy and understanding?I think there’s an automatic association that influences it. Female abuse is assumed to be emotional abuse, neglect, and manipulation. Male abuse is assumed to be sexual or physical. Women are absolutely capable of sexual and physical abuse, but it isn’t what people first picture.
