ok but I dont know if you should take a 16 year olds advise but here it goes. what I would do is try to sue for full custody of your daughter because she was abusive to you what is to say that she won't be abusive to you're daughter. secondly if she is financially wealthier than you you should get some of that money( dont know how the law stands on that) thirdly I think that you should keep your house.
