Bro chill, you're misunderstanding the story. 1) She called herself the red flag,2) I already know why she felt vulnerable and 3) she told me to stop liking her.

Be good at being sincere and authentic. Be good at expressing yourself. Being charismatic is not a requirement, it's just an option.

I feel you, I'm in a similar situation and it led me to stop dating. I stopped watching dating videos and transitioned more to watching therapy videos as a temporary solution until I get proper therapy. Sadly, I don't have a quick fix answer for you but you're not alone. I suggest you try to control/ignore your negative self talk that's the real killer. It's easier said than done, I understand, I have been there and I'm still three but controlling your thoughts is 50% of the game to healing. To …

I get you I do the same from time to time, unintentionally so I congratulate you on truly being yourself. However, you can still express your negative emotions with being too much. Focus on building trust with a woman so when you do experience those moments where you feel like dog shit. You can express it unrestrained with a woman you truly trust and she truly trusts you. The girl you expressed yourself to just wasn't ready to share your baggage so move on. It's nobody's fault.

Being authentic is still good advice but what you did was trauma dumping. You have to find that line between being vulnerable and trauma dumping.

He said move on. 50% of the world consists of women, maybe the next lady you meet might like you enough to be honest with you instead of being a coward. You can cry for the day and try again tomorrow.

my tried and tested method of opening a convo is compliment clothes/style and make sure it comes more humorous than formal compliment. Once I see her giggle/laugh/smile or being bashful, I know that I lowed her guard to allow for a friendly conversation. Add hints of flirting here and there but embody Craig Ferguson when flirting. If I leave a good and funny first impression I'll usually go for the close, if not well i walk away and repeat the process with someone else. My biggest problem with t…
