That is not what metaphysics is. Metaphysics is a term in philosophy, and specifically the philosophy of first principles. Things like being, time, how we experience reality, how reality itself works, outside of our concepts of it. Before modern science, what we now call physicists were known as natural philosophers, and what the other commenter is saying is that modern physicists are still making what are essentially metaphysical claims. And relying on metaphysical assumptions.

Why wouldn't they? Successful women typically work white collar desk jobs. Which means lots of paid time to shitpost.

Well even if it's not a gun there's considerably more risk and danger in any actual IRL interaction, especially for women when it comes to interacting with men. Like I said, those women still need to take responsibility, but the level of risk is just not the same as a guy sitting on his computer actively seeking out parasocial interactions with sex workers. Girls on OF aren't forcing themselves into these men's personal spaces while they're out, the men are the ones actively searching for and wa…

I mean, not really. Especially if it's only online. They have influence, sure. Pretty women make men weak but no one's holding a gun to their heads and those men are under no obligation to fork over their money. Even at my lowest I would never do such a thing. Keep in mind those lonely men are actively out seeking to spend their money. No one ends up on OF accidentally.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/22 03:46 AM

I mean, you can't con an honest man. Sorry, I have pity for people who are so desperate but I don't think either can really be excused of their own part in their misfortune. People have to take responsibility for their own lives. And I think you made a false equivalence in your comment. They only have surface level similarities and aren't really equivalent, even if the only solution to both scenarios is the supposed "victims" taking charge of their own shitty decision making.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/22 03:42 AM

/u/Barely_moral at least seems to have been up front with his intentions, and his wife is aware of the conditions of the situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/09/22 03:22 AM

Eh, I think the abdication of responsibility on both sides is equally pathetic. On the one hand though, with OF there's no active personal deception, really. Lonely dudes should be smart enough to know they're just paying for a service, the business model is pretty up front with what you're getting. So I agree with possum that dudes who actively target poor desperate women are scummier.

That's interesting. My dad lived in NYC in the 70s and I remember being warned about just being on the subway there, because it was basically the Coliseum in terms of exposure to potential violence. But I know it got way better in the 90s.

Yeah. Like I've lived in sketchy cities before. I lived in New Orleans for 3 years, and also Trenton and Philly, and honestly I see that person's point. It's whatever, just life in the big city. But it is eye opening to see yourself become normalized with that kind of thing.

Yeah it's def something you have to feel out in relationships. Even though I don't give a shit about my own, if someone I was dating assigned it importance I would make an effort to make it special.

I was in San Francisco this past weekend, for the 3rd time, and I was made aware of two crimes that happened in broad daylight. I think it's a beautiful city that I love to visit, but, at 2pm I saw (from a distance) a guy break an SUV's back windshield to steal a piece of luggage, and, later, at a Starbucks, someone stole my girlfriend's drink as it was placed on the counter (I was away and didn't see it, but the barista saw it and immediately made her a new drink). Kind of interesting to see a …

Never knew if I was weird for this, but I've never given a fuck about my birthday. Like, to the point where I don't announce it, only family and the closest people to me even know about it. I can see your point if like, your live in romantic partner doesn't even mention it, but honestly just a private dinner together would be more than enough for me. But if I was dating someone for a little while, odds are I'd only even mention my birthday if we happened to be hanging out that day, and at most I…

Q4ALL: How many here expect to eventually get married? Corollaries: Were you raised in a two parent married household? Did your family own a home and did you graduate from a 4 year university? Do you see marriage as a beneficial or harmful/oppressive social structure?

Good points. Honestly I'm pretty indifferent towards OLD. I personally got really lucky and met my person, but I wasn't expecting anything. Just testing the waters, since the barrier to entry is so low. So far as I can tell, people still do meet irl, and generally with better results. But, thinking broadly and about the culture as a whole, OLD really can't be ignored.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/09/22 04:14 AM
1

Yeah I can definitely see that. There's always this pressure to race to the bottom, the most shallow method seems to usually win out online. Just because attractive people have such an advantage in a space where most people's incentives and attention spans are so shallow. OLD really can't be the only tool in use, for most people. It should be treated like the lottery. You might get lucky, but keep your day job.

Such innocence. It's sweet, in a way. What are your opinions on the current scene? You met your h 20 years ago so I assume you haven't participated in it, but you're here, so you've definitely read about it

Yeah, for sure. There's definitely merit to just being your unfiltered self (well, the best version of it anyway). If you're kind of weird, let it fly. At least those who do bite will be more intrigued.

I agree with that, although I think that's what made it lame, back in the day. Even recently, when I used the apps, I (and many of my matches) saw overly detailed and manicured profiles as cringe. I just threw up some pictures and some provocative one line bio and waited to see who bit. All the chemistry and actually getting to know each other really happens in person.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/09/22 03:31 AM

Yeah that's what I figured. Kind of interesting how mixing technology and sex has gone from being totally lame and embarrassing to being cool and the dominant facilitator.

Enjoy being on that soapbox I guess, but I really don't know who else can fix one's problem of not having friends other than the individual themselves. No one wants anyone else to force themselves to be your friend. The free association is the point.

I mean, there are women engineers too. Also, in your framing, women seem like they're the actually the superior beings, masterminding the fundamentals of the dynamic. But your attitude seems to imply that men are superior. Seems to me like, in your schema, men are the simpler creatures, unable to gain the upper hand.

Sorry to hear. That sucks, but those are all problems only you can solve. Not saying it's all necessarily your fault, but it is your responsibility, and yours alone. It only gets better if you make changes. Or even then, maybe it won't. Some people's lives just don't pan out sadly. But, in that case, it's not because you're in your 20s.

You're taking this "debate" way too seriously. There is no debate. There are winners and losers, living lives utterly incomprehensible to the other. There is no common ground at all. No shared reality. This is just where they talk shit to each other.

Do you notice any effects on your performance (mental, athletic, or sexual) during 24hr+ fasts? I find that I feel mentally sharper but physically weaker. If I push through that wall by working out during the later stages of the fast it helps, physically and sexually.

Honestly, probably not. Maybe that's terrible, but my options aren't limited to that. A common refrain among the stemlord types here is that language is up for interpretation I mean, it is. Just like stem. That's why it's always changing. Grammar is a science, but it's subservient to practical use, and secondary to communicating meaning. Which common usage and vernacular frequently deviates from official grammar.

Sure, but most men have some subject or topic or hobby they're really invested in. A personalized gift from someone who really understands you and your interests is always better than something generic. I think men and women are the same in this way.

I wouldn't say decades from now, the build up has been going on for decades already. China now already has a larger fleet than the US, they've had troops amassing near Taiwan for years. I still think it will take years, yes. And it won't start with a hot war or full-scale invasion, in all likelihood. But a naval blockade to cut off trade and choke off Taiwan's superconductor exports is definitely possible in the next couple of years. And the West is not yet prepared to bear that economic burden.…

That kind of was a key lead up to WWII though. The real play is to keep an eye on what China does. They're clearly collaborating with Russia to some extent. The attack was almost certainly delayed until after the Olympics, likely at China's behest. I don't think it will happen soon, but if China attacks Taiwan this could get interesting real fast.

Mark Knopfler is a God. The schecter is great! Underrated brand imo, I've owned four. Not just for metal either, this one has the Fishman modern pickups and they're wonderfully diverse. Q4M: would you rather your female interest see you as super hot (like male model status) or super brilliant? Assume that whichever trait you are exceptional in, you are only modestly above average in the other, and also that this girl is brilliant herself and in some intellectual field where being brilliant carries key status. Corollary Q4W: if your man had to be exceptionally hot or exceptionally brilliant, and only slightly above average in the other trait, which would you prefer?

It just depends what you want out of a "relationship." If all you're looking for is a guaranteed sex output for a given cash input, then sure. But for some men, the feelings and energy from having a girl you're attracted to be sincerely interested in you too, expend effort for your sake, and become emotionally invested and drawn to you is by far the best part. There's nothing quite like it, having a real connection, changing who you both are, seeing yourself do and say things you never would and…

At that point not necessarily, although they do offer an advanced course for extra training, which the Army will send you to if they feel it's necessary. Do it honestly. The military is what you make it. Generic advice, but there are literally endless opportunities within to take advantage of, not to mention a huge built in network that you will benefit from for life, and can easily leverage into post military life, if you want to, especially on the officer side. The thing is all these terms are just a matter of perception, and perception is reality. One girl's romantic sweet guy is another girl's simp. TRP is an approach about numbers and appealing to the statistical averages, and the reality is most normal dudes lean more towards simping than being confident, collected, and exciting, so that's what they need to learn to emphasize.

They'd still be after the money, is the thing. Foreign women are fundamentally different from American women. They are still women, of course, but they have real problems and real insecurity. Also typically more conservative upbringings, so sexual promiscuity is just not ranked as highly in importance. Landing a dude with money who's willing to provide is still more valuable. Financial freedom is far more meaningful than sexual freedom. They're very practical.

There are a lot of good virtual therapy sources these days. Not ideal, but it might help at least a little bit until you get something in person. Best wishes, there's always a way out. Feelings of worthlessness and deserving solitude are a self-fulfilling prophecy. Meditation and exercise can also help a lot with getting out of that headspace.

I mean, you were thirsting over Jason Momoa and Zac Efron in threads about dad bods. There are theoretically plenty of men you would be highly attracted to, you just don't interact with most of them. Men have a wider attraction window, and find more normal, average, non-apex women attractive. Yet women are offended by this, because they all want to be seen at upper percentile women, even though this statistically impossible.

Yeah I get it. Like I said I appreciate your honesty. I think most women agree with you, especially the women here who consciously choose to read this shite. /r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 02:19 AM

There's not much value in comparing male and female sex drives. Men's is active, women's more passive. Women may have an itch for sex and intimacy, but it usually has to be activated by an attractive man in her vicinity. Women cope much better being single and without sex. It's easy to miss this because women generally swim in an ambient field of sexual opportunity and potential, so they generally don't have to reckon with the reality that sexual opportunities will never crop up for them unless …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 02:13 AM

It's called thirst for a reason. Most sexually active dudes aren't like that though, men who aren't long haul truckers banging lot lizards and sticking their dicks in bathroom stall glory holes do have standards. It's a mix of stronger physical urge and men finding most women reasonably attractive, or at least far more women are attractive to men than the reverse.

I can get with the probability aspect, a lot of which probably just has to do with who you've been exposed to. I would think though on that level it's mostly an unconscious preference or just a result of circumstance. What I don't relate to is being conscious of a specific race I find more attractive, to the point of being vocal about it or intentionally pursuing women of that race.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 12:42 AM
1

That's pretty typical, but the question is how much race influences who you're attracted to. Are you conscious of preferring one race over others?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 12:39 AM
1

That's pretty much anyone trying to be an online influencer personality, or associated with it. Just the next evolution of reality TV/Springer content
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 12:30 AM
1

Fair enough. So then race is a weak preference for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 12:28 AM
1

So it's a spectrum then. What if a super chad of a race you don't prefer pursues you while you're also being pursued by a guy from your preferred race. Which do you go for? How do you make that calculation. Assuming personality an vibe and all else are equal (which I know is unrealistic but roll with it). Like I said I know it sounds like virtue signalling but I really don't relate to it. My last three exes were Asian, white, and Polynesian. They were all beautiful to me, but at no point did the…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 12:17 AM
1

I guess that's fair. For a somewhat unrealistic thought experiment though, say you had two men you found attractive, one conforming to your preferred racial and physical ideal, and another who doesn't but is still well above average. However, the second guy has a personality and sense of humor you relate to much better than the first. Which do you find more attractive?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 12:11 AM
5

This sounds like virtue signalling, but I genuinely don't relate to the idea of having racial preferences for sexual attraction. I feel like the universal characteristics of attraction, like facial and bodily symmetry and proportionality, transcend race. I've lived in coastal cosmopolitan areas for most of my life, as well as abroad in a couple different countries, and I've found women of every nationality and skin tone attractive. I can see culture playing a huge role in dating, but assuming yo…

I agree. But from a music production standpoint I can kind of see both sides. The simple reality is virtually all recorded music is edited and touched up. From pop to the grimiest most brutal death metal. Whether it's auto-tuned vocals or kick drum sample replacement and quantization to the grid in a metal track. If you're a producer trying to put out the best record you can, you'd be dumb not to use these tools. The issue comes when the artists can't replicate these products in a live setting o…

I can agree with that. There are underground genres of rock that prioritize naturalness and human performance, like indie and math rock. I'm a metalhead personally, and this has become a big debate in the genre over the last few years. Musicianship has always been paramount to the genre, and lately, due to talent inflation and the increasing demands on performers to meet the rising standard of the music, edited and cleaned up studio performances (particularly of supposedly live "playthroughs" of…

The West cares about an actual hot war breaking out and Russia cornering the black sea. It's not about Ukraine specifically, just where they sit and their role as a buffer against Russia. Russia knows that invading Ukraine would be a bridge too far, bloodshed would be inevitable. It wouldn't be like Crimea. The US National Security apparatus is already very hostile to Russian expansion. If they invade, I really think US involvement is inevitable, and I don't think Russia wants that right now.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/01/22 08:56 PM

We don't live in the same world as we did in the 60s. Russia doesn't have the same geopolitical weight it once did, and there is a much stronger international coalition opposed to their expansion. A lot of other global pieces have to shift for Russia to be as bold to ignite a hot conflict in Ukraine.

Yeah, again, all this makes sense if the system in the states were universal. We don't punish the obese or smokers or alcoholics like this. They get in the treatment queue same as everyone else, despite being disportionately responsible for the burden on the system. Why draw the line at this vaccine? Should we unperson fat people and smokers too?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:40 PM
2

Kind of goes against that whole hippocratic do no harm thing. Thousands of people go to ERs with no way to pay, burdening the system adversely against those who participate in the system. Doesn't mean we leave them in the street to die. I just don't get how the existence of this vaccine has convinced millions to abandon any sense of empathy
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:36 PM
2

If we had universal Healthcare, that would make sense. People are financially responsible for their own Healthcare. They will bear the burden of necessary interventions. Why should the system be permitted to socialize the losses in productivity while capitalizing on the other end, with things like say, a mandatory vaccine pushed by pharma megacorps?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:12 PM
2

It just doesn't make sense if the vax doesn't eliminate contraction or transmission, and us mostly a protective precaution. This is the whole reason we were told it would stop the spread. It doesn't make sense otherwise. These people are already paying the price of being at greater risk. Why should they be punished in additional ways, especially when your tone indicates you think it's more about being punitive than being medically sound?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:05 PM
4

Yeah probably a combo of factors. Surgical and N95s are way more sanitary and changed pretty frequently. I worked in healthcare before joining, during the first wave, as an EMT. Nurses and doctors wore 95, while, at least at the beginning, our agency forced us to wear the heavy rubber and plastic respirators, which are much harder to clean and became absolutely disgusting.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/22 09:01 PM

Yeah, I was in bootcamp during this. We were all required to wear the masks 24/7, unless we were eating. This includes while working out and marching for hours in the sun. Everyone broke out fiercely. I've never had acne in my life and my face turned into a cratered war zone. It's kind of an extreme example, but having a sweaty cloth strapped over your face and nose at all times, trapping your juices and excretions is not consequence free.

Intersexual dynamics are probably the most personal and emotionally charged place where people's morality comes into conflict with strong, instinctual biological incentives to hurt others in pursuit of their biological imperative. That's fair I suppose. I recommend you check out Jamie Metzl's recent appearance on the Led Fridman podcast, the first 2.5 hours is a discussion of the situation and evidence, from the beginning to the latest, where now even the Chinese gov't is non-commital towards the wet market hypothesis.

Regardless if it was manufactured or biological, and regardless if it escaped or not, the virus is here. Apathy towards the truth is never a good policy. That's exactly how you get another pandemic. Whether the lab leak hypo is true or not (which it now seems exceedingly likely that it is) what is absolutely beyond a doubt is that China actively worked to cover up the truth, and our media and political class ate it up, and was thus complicit with an authoritarian government's memory-holing of re…

I thank god girls with actual personalities beyond sniffing each other's farts actually exist. If one wants a man who won't stick in the nanny the moment she lifts her leg then it pays not to be so shallow oneself and offer something more than a painted face eternally reflected in a mirror.

Eh, you're all over the place, depending on the argument. On one hand, women are so appearance centric due to men's standards, on the other, women are repulsed by men's sexuality because they'll stick their dicks in the nanny, the secretary, animals, and various holes in the ground, and consider it almost an insult. If there's nothing wrong with being shallow then own it and admit you do it for your own puddle-deep reasons. Men like pretty girls, but pretty girls are a dime a dozen, especially f…

Plenty of things happen. People raving for literal hours about how attractive an unfamous random is, doesn't. Like, people have actual lives. Even in college, they presumably have more things to worry about than how beautiful some no-name girl is, as much as beautiful girls would like to believe the world truly does spin on their fingers. You're making the same error all evo-psych does by assuming that natural selection explains the origin of adaptive traits. It doesn't, it only explains why they succeed and propagate. My libido is objectively high, I'd ideally have sex multiple times a day. With the huge caveat that it's with a specific, probably rare kind of man to whom you're strongly attracted. Men have a drive to sex for it's own sake. Neither is superior, they're actually complementary, but each sex holds the other's approach in contempt.

I disagree strongly with this. Some men want to be great for the sake of it, to write their names in history, and to upstage other men. Women are a byproduct. There are countless stories in history of men forsaking sex and comfort in pursuit of greatness in their chosen fields.

Nah, HotH, objectively. LZ1 was their attempt to seize on the popularity of British rock bands aping American blues roots music (which they did extremely well ofc). But it was a genre album, they hadn't yet found their unique sound. More than 25% have a parent who has served. Overrepresented obviously, but your own link confirms that an overwhelming majority don't come directly from military households. 80% of those serving ultimately have a grandfather or uncle who served, but this is clearly due to this history of the draft. I feel like it has to be a relic from older curriculum designs, maybe with a lot of middle-aged men who designed them thinking it would actually make an impact on teenagers and serve as a kind of warning. Or something. So much lit is prescribed to people without the sufficient experience to appreciate it, and there's so much more from authors who still have the more relatable, ambitious kind of cynicism that teenagers eat with a spoon. Like Camus. Not the boring ram…

I can agree DoaS is overrated, but Loman being a loser is kind of the point. He's like a choleric Walter Mitty, and I remember thinking Mitty was an annoying loser too. Loman endured probably partly because of high school AP English teachers' obsession with teaching him, but also presumably because he stood for something meaningful to an entire generation of frustrated middle-class family men.

You're def not supposed to 'like' Willy, it's a social commentary. Loman is meant represent middle-class quiet desperation. He was supposed to make audiences uncomfortable with recognizing similarities with him. At this point the play is kind of outdated anyway, since the middle class he depicts doesn't really exist in America anymore.

George as the favorite is the wise man's choice. You obviously play guitar. But as personally sympathetic as I am to the notion that John was a raging dickhead, it's pretty much objectively true that he was and is infinitely more influential than Ringo.

Love is really, really important in everyone's life. I don't disagree, but, again, he never mentioned love. Just sex. Which is part of love, but not the part that compensates for loneliness. Plenty of promiscuous people are just as empty as the underfucked

I don't know if I'd go that far, I usually reserve that judgment for those who actively harm the undeserving, and people are entitled to their feelings. I don't think it makes you a terrible person for having those needs, but you possibly might be for their lack of satiety outweighing the (supposed) grief of losing two brothers. But, i guess pain is subjective. That's fair, but the OP mentioned nothing about love and companionship. He only mentioned sex and physical intimacy, which I agree is important for self-actualization and ideal mental health, but the absence of pleasure is not equivalent to the presence of suffering.

The point is that, if you count periods of time where you aren't having sex as among the most stressful and traumatic of your life (and specifically for that reason) then you've lived a rather privileged life. It was a rebuttal to this: predictable, surface-level things that everyone sees and thinks, instead of looking deeper into the stuff most people ignore Which, again, you ironically seem not to realize is precisely the attitude that makes you a normie. That being said, a truth can still exist about human sexuality where these people are just locked out of pursuing or engaging in this part of themselves via market forces. I can live with that. The "essence" of a person is recorded on the brains of those who knew them, and the meat and neural patterns can't forget so easily, so it projects those patterns onto reality. Add emotional connection and, boom, people see what they want to see.

I used to drive ambulances. One time, some dickweed parked his F450 in the ER ambulance bay to pick up some non-emergency family member. It's the 80/20 of truck ownership. 80 percent chance he's a male karen who literally only uses it to drive 5 miles a day to and from his suburban desk job, or 20 percent chance he uses it for work/fishing and is the kind of guy who would help you move for a six pack.

Most birds are amazing. My town is terrorized by seagulls during the summer, and they're such obnoxious, goofy, loud-mouthed shit machines. Their shit smells like rotting fish, btw, and when 500 of them are shitting all over your town that means the entire town smells like rotting fish. At least they're cute when they're babies.

I don't think black pillers standards are actually that much more reasonable, particularly about past sexual history, especially since (and this is key) they would almost certainly act exactly the same were they in the position of women. Actually, they would be even more promiscuous, as men crave sex more frequently than women do. This is demonstrated by how low their standards for sex are (as they love to remind us). According to them, all a woman needs to do to be attractive is not be fat. I h…

I think so much of the griping by men on here about feminism stems from their willful blindness to the ways 3rd wave feminism has harmed millenial and gen z women as much as it has harmed unattractive men. FDS is basically the new generation's feminist realignment. A common quote that you hear over there (and here) is that FDS is literally old wisdom, the same strategies that women under 35 heard from their grandmothers. What goes unsaid is that this wisdom is directly contradictory to the 3rd w…

Definitely not, although it's a good start. If you do multiple sets of 50 per day, you'll definitely get a toned chest and triceps tho. Have to do about 200 push ups per day to get good results, but in sets of 25 or 50 spread throughout the day it's very manageable and takes almost no time.

Thinness is one of those things that is best judged visually, not by numbers. Numbers can give a rough idea for averages across populations, but not everyone will fit into those neat categories. BMI inaccuracy is a great example. It's fine to evaluate probably 95% of people, but that 5% means that everyone probably knows a few people for whom it's not the best gauge. For example, I'm 6'1" and 190 pounds, so my BMI is 25.1, just above the 25 benchmark to be technically considered "overweight." Bu…

Cucking has lost all meaning. It's a two way street, the implication is that if your partner has shown you trust and commitment, even at your worst, then you owe them the same, assuming you're a stand-up person. It isn't cucking yourself to have motivations other than naked self-interest. Which btw is the definition of a sociopath.

And you replied to me with things that make a criminal in your mind. Or am I missing something? I would say so. It isn't only in my mind, breaking the law is what makes one a criminal. Whether I think it should be illegal or not is irrelevant, this is just a matter of definitions. If underage drinking and selling were made legal, then it would lose some of the caché that it has, because the whole point is to flex against society and take risks in order to gain that status. People will always cou…

I never actually used the word criminal until you did, and I didn't pass any judgment about it either, not sure why you're taking it personally. But I guess that's par for the course on the sub. I wouldn't say it's a useless definition though, it actually is the literal definition. It's a pretty banal observation that drinking and doing drugs is a good way to meet people interested in casual sex and garner status among kids who value that kind of token rebeliousness. Only here would I have to ar…

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you knew that all along. Like I said, not a big deal or even really risky or transgressive at all, in most cases. Some forms of criminal activity are socially acceptable in the right crowd, and give you status of course, which is the whole point of the thread.

If he's using drugs (which he always is) or selling (which he often is) then yeah, technically, even if it's not actually a big deal or even all that risky. Virtually all pop music for the last 60 years has been about getting faded and having casual sex, and in the last 30 expanded to actual trapping and banging. Being rebellious against society has always been cool to kids, and gets you status. And in the arms race of being cool, it usually escalates to low level criminal activity.

Suburban bad boy douchebag is a recognized form of status among bored adolescents and college kids, and is a tried and true way to bang a lot of women. Especially sorority party thot types, which is who he specified, but also most e-girls, groupie types, alt-kids, and really most girls in that socioeconomic demo. See Pete Davidson as the contemporary zenith of the archetype.

It happened the same day a Facebook official was testifying before congress, conspiracy-tards are theorizing that they were attempting to cover their tracks in some way and accidentally fucked their entire suite of platforms. They might actually be on to something this time.

I get the impression that it's not a conscious choice. There's no accounting for taste. Probably has something to do with past experiences/partners. It can also change.

Ah the boot. A bar that might as well have actually been on campus. Only at Tulane. Only in New Orleans. I was there when DJ Pauly D from jersey shore did a guest appearance, to give an idea of how old I am.

I'm probably older than you think, I look mad young. Good times. I lost my v card in butler hall, smoked my first cigarette on the roof of percy stern, and bought my first beer at friar tuck's on freret.
