They would take a comic he made, edit a Jewish stereotype face onto it and spread it around. This has also been done with edited comics to imply the opinion being promoted is unpopular. Regardless if it has happened to someone personally, it's a strong possibility with no legal repercussions attached to it. It's like if I was able to go into public, stab someone in broad daylight in front of a police officer, and nothing would happen to me.
